Each month we pick a different region of cuisine to highlight.  In 2008, our ethnic themes will be:

 January:   Indonesia(with a little Dutch left over)

    February:   Pacific Northwest(indigenous & contemporary)

       March:   Piemonte(Northwest Italy)

         April:   Peru(do you get the "p" theme?)

            May:   Sweden(oops, we had to break it up)

              June:   Gascony(the region around Bordeaux)

                 July:   American Southwest(more chilies is better!)

                    August:   Turkey(the country, not the bird)

                        September:  Spain again(Galicia this time)

                            October:    Punjabi(p's again)

                               November:   Poland(and again)

                                   December:   Any Suggestions?
